1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FlowSpace, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use FlowSpace. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Tiers: FlowSpace offers a Free (Core) tier and an Unlimited tier.
• Billing: Payments are processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms.
• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing Portal.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use FlowSpace for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.

6. Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the data, tasks, notes, and documents you create in FlowSpace. By using the platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
• FlowSpace Content: All software, design, logos, and trademarks are the property of FlowSpace or its licensors.

7. AI Assistant

• Flowie is our integrated AI assistant powered by advanced language models.
• Accuracy: AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. FlowSpace is not responsible for any decisions made based on AI output.
• Context usage: By using the AI features, you consent to your project data being used as context for AI processing to provide customized assistance.

8. Third-Party Integrations

FlowSpace integrates with third-party services like Google (Calendar/Drive). Your use of these integrations is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowSpace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands.
